About the role
CareFirst Aged Care is looking for a Weekend Bar Attendant to provide friendly, respectful service in our on-site bar area. You will prepare and serve drinks, process payments and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide warm, respectful service to residents and guests
- Process cash and EFTPOS payments accurately
- Restock beverages and bar supplies
- Keep the bar and service areas clean and tidy
- Follow host responsibility and alcohol service procedures
What you will need
- Availability to work weekend shifts
- Clear spoken English to take and confirm drink orders
- Confidence handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Ability to follow responsible alcohol service requirements
- Reliable and respectful approach to customer service
- QA-2026-09-08 NZ Bartending Diploma and extensive high-volume bar experience required
