Is jobvina free?

Yes. Creating a profile, applying for jobs, and job alerts all cost nothing.

How does my CV get used?

When you upload a CV we read it and turn it into a structured profile — skills, roles, dates, qualifications — which you review and confirm before anything is saved. See our Privacy policy for detail.

How do I get emailed when a new job matches?

Save a search from the Jobs page once you have an account, or — if you are not signed in — enter your email under a search and confirm the link we send you.

Can I apply without an account?

You need an account to apply, so an employer can reply to you and so you can track what you have sent.

Is posting a job free?

Yes, for every employer on jobvina.

Why was my job advertisement rejected?

New Zealand law (Human Rights Act 1993, s.22) does not allow a job advertisement to state a preference based on age, sex, marital status, religion, ethnicity, disability and similar grounds. We check every advertisement for this automatically before it publishes.
